Job Summary

Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage and oversee manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in production planning, manpower management, machine utilization, and shop floor operations. Candidates with experience in VMC/CNC machining, manufacturing, or industrial machinery will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities
- Ensure production targets are achieved within planned timelines
- Manage manpower, machines, materials, and production resources
- Supervise shop floor operations and monitor productivity
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores, PPC, and Dispatch teams
- Monitor VMC/CNC machining and other manufacturing processes
- Improve machine utilization and reduce production downtime
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and production processes
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
- Lead, train, and motivate production supervisors and shop floor teams
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices

Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field




- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Production Management

Required Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- VMC/CNC machining
- Manufacturing industry
- Industrial machinery manufacturing
- Heavy engineering or fabrication
