Job Title: HR & Talent Acquisition Executive
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹55,000 per month

This isn't just about posting jobs and calling candidates all day. We want someone who understands people, knows how to spot good talent and can help create a workplace that people actually want to be part of.

What you'll be doing:

- Creating and posting job openings
- Finding and shortlisting candidates
- Taking initial interviews
- Coordinating interviews with department heads
- Managing onboarding
- Supporting employee engagement and office culture
- Helping improve our hiring process

You should be:

- Confident and good with people
- Strong in communication
- Organised and proactive
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Indeed and other hiring platforms
- Able to judge candidates beyond just their CV

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹55,000/month.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of hiring rather than just forwarding CVs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
