1. Training Need Identification & Business Alignment

- Identify training needs through business objectives, KPIs, audits, customer requirements, and departmental performance reviews.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) based on competency gaps, productivity trends, quality issues, safety incidents, and succession planning.
- Align annual training calendar with organizational goals and business priorities.
- Partner with department heads to understand future skill requirements.

2. Competency Management

- Develop and maintain competency matrices for all functions.
- Conduct competency mapping and skill gap assessments.

3. Learning & Development Programs

- Develop structured learning paths for operators, supervisors, engineers, and managers.

4. Manufacturing & Technical Skill Development

- Drive technical skill enhancement programs related to all operations.

Training Effectiveness & ROI

- Track post-training improvements in productivity, quality, safety, and employee performance.
- Prepare monthly training dashboards and management reports.

6. Compliance & Audit Requirements

- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SA8000, ECOVADIS, Customer Audits, and statutory training requirements.
- Maintain training records, certifications, attendance, and competency evidence.
- Support internal and external audits related to training and competence.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
