Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Guwahati, Assam
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of all HR functions and preferably have experience in the solar industry or the building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Handle disciplinary matters and grievance resolution.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience,



preferably in the solar industry or building materials sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR administration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software will be an added advantage.

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
