Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist who can independently handle end-to-end digital marketing activities, with strong practical knowledge of:

PPC – Pay-Per-Click Advertising
SEO – Search Engine Optimisation
SMM – Social Media Marketing

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing and be capable of planning campaigns, generating qualified leads, improving online visibility, managing social media platforms, analysing performance, and coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Handle PPC campaigns across relevant advertising platforms
- Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and monitor website search performance
- Plan and manage social media marketing campaigns
- Create social media content plans in coordination with creative teams
- Generate qualified leads and improve campaign ROI
- Monitor campaign budgets, CPC, CPL, conversions, and overall performance
- Analyse website and campaign data using GA4 and other reporting tools
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager
- Coordinate landing-page improvements to increase conversions
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports
- Communicate with clients regarding campaign performance and requirements
- Coordinate with creative,



content, web development, and internal teams
- Stay updated with SEO, PPC, social media, AI tools, and platform changes
