Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling designs. You will work closely with the marketing, content, sales, and product teams to create high-quality creatives across digital and print platforms while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

* Design social media creatives, banners, and campaign assets.

* Create brochures, flyers, presentations, posters, and marketing collateral.

* Design event branding materials for workshops, hackathons, and innovation programs.

* Develop visual assets for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.

* Create illustrations, icons, infographics, and other visual content.

* Edit images and prepare creatives for both digital and print use.





* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements.

* Maintain consistency across all brand communications.

* Stay updated with the latest design trends and bring fresh creative ideas.

## Required Skills

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

* Working knowledge of Figma and Canva.

* Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

* Ability to create designs for both digital and print media.

* Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.

* Valuable communication and collaboration skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

* Internship or freelance experience is a plus.

* Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects or Premiere Pro) is an added advantage.

* Experience with AI-powered design tools is a bonus.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
