APL is looking for We are looking for an experienced Product Engineer with a solid background in video systems, product engineering, hardware validation, and manufacturing support. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between customer requirements, product design, engineering, and manufacturing processes.

This role requires strong technical and project management capabilities, along with experience working with customers, suppliers, sales teams, and manufacturing partners. Experience with Chinese manufacturing ecosystems and established supplier/manufacturer relationships would be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate customer requirements into product specifications and manufacturing requirements.

- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and customers to support product development and production.

- Identify and coordinate the materials, components, equipment, and resources required for product development.

- Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product documentation.

- Develop and execute equipment and product testing procedures.

- Validate product firmware releases through functional, application, and iteration testing.

- Provide testing and troubleshooting support for product hardware designs.

- Define and maintain Product Quality Control (QC) checks and inspection procedures.

- Support product introduction, production readiness, and manufacturing processes.

- Identify product and manufacturing issues and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.

- Provide technical support during product testing, deployment, and production.

- Conduct product training for internal teams, manufacturing partners, customers, and other stakeholders.





- Manage multiple product engineering and improvement projects simultaneously.

- Coordinate with overseas manufacturers and suppliers to ensure product quality, timelines, and technical requirements are met.

- Support supplier/manufacturer evaluation, qualification, and ongoing technical coordination.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

- 5+ years of overall Product Engineering experience, preferably in hardware/video products.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in video system design, integration, testing, or technical support.

- Strong experience in product development, testing, validation, manufacturing support, and quality control.

- Experience working directly with customers, sales teams, manufacturing partners, and suppliers.

- Experience working with Chinese manufacturers/suppliers and established manufacturing contacts is highly preferred.

- Experience managing product development or engineering projects from concept through manufacturing is preferred.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
