Position: IT Administrator Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Administrator Intern to join our team. The IT Administrator Intern will assist in the day-to-day operations of our IT department, providing support to end-users, maintaining hardware and software systems. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and rapid-paced environment, with opportunities for growth and learning.

Responsibilities:

▪Maintain laptop and hardware issues.

▪Handling and troubleshoot issues remotely.





▪ System monitoring and maintenance including configuration and security management, patching, automation, hardening and system upgrades.

▪ Ensuring overall system and server uptime, availability, reliability, and security.

▪ Ensure security through access control, backups and firewalls.

▪ Assigning IP phone and troubleshooting issues.

▪ Capable of handling servers and Microsoft software.

▪ Strong networking and system administration knowledge

▪ Solid understanding and experience in system /network security.

▪ Capable of handling network printer set up and access issues.

▪ Capable of handling LAN and WAN network issues.
