About the Role

Career Hotspot & Services is seeking Freelance Telecallers to support its recruitment operations. The role involves contacting individuals from a provided database, understanding their interest in available employment opportunities, and coordinating interested candidates with the recruitment team.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to candidates using the provided database.
- Understand candidates' interest, availability, location, and basic eligibility.
- Provide accurate information about relevant employment opportunities.
- Follow up with interested candidates and guide them through the initial recruitment process.




- Maintain accurate records of calls, candidate responses, and follow-ups.
- Share candidate updates with the recruitment team.
- Complete assigned calling and follow-up activities within agreed timelines.

Requirements

- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of using smartphones and internet-based communication tools.

Compensation

Compensation and performance-based incentives will be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on the scope of engagement and agreed responsibilities.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
