Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with our brand, storytelling goals, and audience. You’ll work closely with producers, directors, designers, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content across platforms (social media, YouTube, ads, website, internal, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw footage into compelling short-form and long-form videos (reels, ads, interviews, explainers, vlogs, documentaries, event recaps, etc.)
- Select the best shots, cut for pacing and storytelling, and structure narratives that keep viewers engaged
- Add graphics, lower thirds, titles, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects as needed
- Color correct and color grade footage to maintain consistent look and brand style
- Mix, clean, and enhance audio (dialogue, music, sound effects, voiceovers)
- Sync multi-camera footage and audio tracks
- Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels/TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, website, ads) including aspect ratios, lengths, and compression
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand project briefs, feedback, and revisions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Maintain organized project files, media assets, and version control
- Stay updated on editing trends, software updates, and platform best practices
- Occasionally assist with basic motion graphics, thumbnail creation,



or straightforward animations

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required)
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (preferred), Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual rhythm
- Experience with color grading, audio mixing, and basic motion graphics
- Knowledge of export settings, codecs, and platform-specific optimization
- Ability to take and implement creative feedback quickly
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with motion graphics / After Effects advanced techniques
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Audition
- Experience editing for social media growth, performance marketing, or branded content
- Knowledge of stock footage libraries, music licensing, and asset management
- Basic understanding of camera work or production processes
- Experience working in [industry – e.g., tech, e-commerce, entertainment, education, agency]

Pay: ₹10,300.14 - ₹33,700.33 per month
