Key Responsibilities
As a Site Engineer, you will receive practical exposure to:
- Prepare and maintain Daily Labour Reports (DLR) and Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor project progress
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor labour productivity and material utilization
- Inspect the quality of work and report any deviations
- Maintain accurate site records, measurements, and project documentation
- Support the implementation of site safety procedures
- Assist in material planning, requirement tracking, and inventory monitoring
- Participate in site meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Take measurements and maintain work completion records
- Assist Project Engineers in daily site execution and coordination
- Learn and contribute to real-time construction planning, execution, and project management
