We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and close vacancies on time.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, joining documents, and HR databases.
- Manage daily attendance, leaves, late marks, overtime, and employee attendance records.
- Prepare and maintain monthly salary and payroll data and coordinate with accounts/payroll teams for timely salary processing.
- Ensure accurate calculation of attendance, leave deductions, incentives, overtime, and other salary-related inputs.
- Conduct employee joining and onboarding formalities and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle employee queries related to attendance, salary, leave, policies, and HR-related matters.
- Maintain proper records of current joiners, resignations, full & final settlements, and employee exits.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining company HR policies, rules, and procedures.
- Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related requirements and administrative matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and salary information.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory HR requirements, as applicable.
- Prepare regular HR reports related to headcount, attendance, recruitment, payroll, and employee movement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong ability to source and hire new candidates independently.
- Good knowledge of attendance management and monthly payroll preparation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently.
- Good understanding of basic HR policies and procedures.
- Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling employee information.
Preferred Candidate
A candidate who is hands-on, responsible, well-organized, and capable of independently managing recruitment, attendance, and monthly payroll activities will be preferred.
Salary: As per experience and suitability
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
