Position: Site Engineer – Civil & PEB
Department: Projects / Construction
Location: Project Site
Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor civil and PEB construction activities at project sites.
- Coordinate and supervise PEB erection, structural installation, roofing and cladding works.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
- Read and understand civil, structural and PEB drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.
- Monitor foundation, anchor bolt, concrete, flooring and other civil works.
- Check PEB materials, structural members, bolts, roofing sheets, accessories and other materials received at site.
- Ensure proper alignment, level, dimensions and installation of structural components.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction defects or quality issues.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site measurements and work records.
- Coordinate with the project manager and office team regarding site progress and requirements.
- Monitor manpower, materials,



equipment and subcontractor activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site safety requirements.
- Coordinate with clients/consultants for inspections and approvals.
- Assist in quantity measurement, billing, BOQ verification and material reconciliation.
- Resolve day-to-day site execution issues and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Maintain proper documentation, drawings and site records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in civil construction and PEB projects preferred.
- Knowledge of PEB erection, roofing, cladding and structural works.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good knowledge of site measurements and construction practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors at site.
- Willingness to travel and work at project locations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
