* Make visits to prospective clients and generate business leads.
* Handle inbound enquiries regarding the company's security services and candidates.
* Explain Lethal Weapon K9 Security's services, including security guards, K9 security, and facility management solutions.
* Follow up with clients and employees to maintain regular communication.
* Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales/business development team.
* Source Candidates and deploy at client site .
* Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
## Eligibility
* Previous experience as Security, Housekeepinhg, Field executive, Sales Executive, or in a similar role is *preferred*. Freshers can also apply.
* Ability to drive a two wheeler. Candidates having a bike will be *prefered*. Fuel for site visit will be reimbursed.
* Excellent communication skills in *Bengali and Hindi*. Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
* Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
* Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office. No computer knowledge is also ok.
* Ability to work independently
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
