Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Analytics Specialist with strong expertise in digital analytics implementation, reporting, and optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, marketing, engineering, and data teams to ensure accurate tracking, actionable insights, and data-driven decisions across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Adobe Analytics implementation across multiple digital properties
- Work with product/tech teams to define analytics requirements, data layers, and tracking plans
- Create, validate, and optimize Adobe Launch/DTM tagging configurations
- Configure custom events, eVars, props, classifications, and segments
- Perform deep-dive analysis on customer journeys, funnels, campaigns, and behavioral patterns
- Build dashboards and reports using Adobe Workspace
- Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and convert them to measurable analytics solutions
- Troubleshoot tagging issues and ensure data governance and accuracy
- Work on A/B testing and personalization initiatives (Adobe Target is a plus)
- Support migration, audits,



and analytics enhancement projects

Skill Requirements

- 12+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (Workspace, Reporting, Segmentation)
- Strong experience with Adobe Launch / Adobe Tag Manager
- Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, DOM structure, and front-end debugging
- Experience with Data Layer design and implementation
- Solid analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights
- Knowledge of marketing analytics, customer journeys, attribution, and web/mobile tagging
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
- Excellent communication and documentation skills

Other Requirements

- Experience with Adobe Target (A/B testing, personalization)
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Experience with SQL or other analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, Power BI)
- Understanding of cookies, privacy regulations, and data governance

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
