Qualification: Full-Time MBA from a Tier-1/Tier-2 Institute

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors/agents.
- Drive sales through the Agency Channel and achieve business targets.
- Provide coaching, motivation, and performance support to the advisor team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure quality business generation.
- Lead and manage a team to deliver consistent growth and performance.

Candidate Profile:

- Full time MBA from a reputed institute.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in sales, business development, or the BFSI sector will be preferred.
- Ability to lead teams and work in a target-driven environment.
