About the Role
Veterans India is looking for a result-oriented Manager – CSR, Grants & Corporate Partnerships who can identify, develop and convert CSR, grant and corporate partnership opportunities into measurable funding and long-term institutional relationships.
The candidate will be responsible for building a solid pipeline of corporates, PSUs, foundations, CSR departments and funding organisations and converting qualified opportunities into proposals, meetings, sanctions, funded projects, sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
This is a target-driven role. Performance will be measured primarily on qualified opportunities created, proposals submitted, meetings conducted, partnerships developed and funds secured.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify CSR funding opportunities from corporates, PSUs, banks, foundations and philanthropic organisations.
- Research grant opportunities relevant to Veterans India programmes.
- Identify CSR implementation-partner and empanelment opportunities.
- Build and maintain a database of CSR heads, foundation representatives and corporate decision-makers.
- Establish contact through email, phone, LinkedIn, referrals and direct meetings.
- Prepare concept notes, CSR proposals, presentations, budgets and partnership documents.
- Understand the CSR priorities of prospective partners and align suitable Veterans India programmes accordingly.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with corporate decision-makers.
- Present Veterans India programmes professionally to prospective funders.
- Coordinate due diligence and documentation requirements.
- Track proposal deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
- Negotiate partnership terms within approved organisational policies.
- Convert opportunities into CSR projects, grants, sponsorships and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with programme, finance and compliance teams for implementation and reporting.
- Develop renewal strategies for existing donors and corporate partners.
- Maintain complete records of leads, follow-ups,
proposals and funding stages in the CRM.
- Prepare weekly and monthly fundraising pipeline reports.
- Identify opportunities for employee volunteering, employee-giving programmes and corporate engagement.
- Support national expansion of Veterans India through strategic funding partnerships.

Candidate Profile
- The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, disciplined and capable of independently creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads to be assigned.
- Candidates with proven experience in fundraising, CSR, grants, corporate partnerships or institutional business development will be preferred.
What We Expect
Veterans India is developing an AI-enabled working model. Routine administrative work will increasingly be automated. The candidate will therefore be expected to focus on measurable outputs including funding, partnerships, meetings, proposals, conversions and relationship development.
- Candidates should be prepared to discuss specific measurable achievements from their previous roles during the selection process.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
