Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Associate to join one of our teams. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting, validating Commercial Real estate data from real estate deal documents, as well as collecting, normalizing, validating, and structuring data into Excel or CSV formats.

This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our team at the cutting edge of real estate data management. In this foundational role, you will be a key contributor responsible for transforming raw information from complex real estate deal documents (such as Offering Memorandums) into structured, high-quality data. This involves normalizing, and validating data for use in advanced analytical and automation tools.

This position is ideal for an aspiring analyst eager to build a career in data and finance, requiring strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Validate data from real estate deal documents (e.g., Offering Memorandums).
- Clean data according to set standards.
- Ensure tasks are completed within specified timeframes (SLA) and meet quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection policies.
- Support in developing strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

- Any Degree, Master’s degree in Finance (preferred), Data Management, Computer Science, Real Estate, or a related field (a plus).
- 0–3 years of experience (experience in commercial real estate is an advantage).




- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
