- Read engineering drawings and 3D models.
- Create CNC programs using G-code and M-code.
- Use CAD/CAM software (such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM, or NX CAM).
- Select cutting tools, feeds, and speeds.
- Set machining operations (facing, pocketing, drilling, tapping, contouring, etc.).
- Simulate programs to avoid collisions.
- Optimize cycle time while maintaining quality.
- Support machine setup and troubleshoot machining issues.
Skills required
- Knowledge of CNC machining principles.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and GD&T.;
- Understanding of tooling and workholding.
- Familiarity with G-code and M-code.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
