We are looking for a diligent and organized Storekeeper to manage the restaurant's inventory, stock, and store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials/supplies, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring smooth coordination between the store, kitchen, and procurement team.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming stock (raw materials, groceries, beverages, packaging, cleaning supplies) and verify against purchase orders/invoices
- Check quality, quantity, and expiry dates of received goods; report discrepancies or damages
- Maintain proper storage as per FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) norms
- Ensure hygienic and organized storage — dry store, cold room, freezer — as per food safety standards
- Maintain accurate stock records (manual/software) — daily stock in/out, consumption, and closing stock
- Issue materials to kitchen/bar/service teams as per requisition slips
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records
- Track stock levels and raise indents/purchase requests for low-stock items




- Coordinate with purchase/procurement team and vendors for timely stock replenishment
- Minimize wastage, pilferage, and spoilage through proper monitoring
- Maintain records of GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock ledgers, and wastage reports
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI storage guidelines and cleanliness standards
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and consumption reports for management

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Storekeeper/Store Assistant in a restaurant, hotel, or QSR setup
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock software (Petpooja, MarginPOS, Excel, etc.)
- Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO storage practices and food storage norms
- Positive numerical and record-keeping skills
- Physically fit — able to handle stock movement, lifting, and cold storage areas
- Trustworthy, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Basic understanding of hygiene and FSSAI storage guidelines

Education

UG: Any Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience
