- Billing & Certification: Prepare client RA bills, final bills, and interim payment certificates. Verify and certify subcontractor or back-to-back contractor bills against site execution.
- Quantity Surveying: Perform quantity take-offs (QTO) from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Maintain and record joint measurements in measurement books (MB).
- Reconciliation: Prepare periodic material reconciliation statements (steel, cement, and structural components) to track consumption against theoretical usage. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Rate Analysis: Compute rate analysis for non-BOQ (Bill of Quantities) or extra items arising from design modifications.
- Variation Management: Track project change orders, scope additions, and cost variations in alignment with contract terms.
- Reporting: Generate MIS reports, work-in-progress (WIP) statements, and cash flow projections for project managers.
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
