Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and skilled Pattern Master to join our garment production team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of garment pattern making, measurements, fitting, and garment construction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create accurate patterns for different garments and styles.
- Develop patterns from sketches, designs, and measurements.
- Handle pattern alterations and corrections as required.
- Ensure proper fitting, measurements, and garment proportions.
- Prepare patterns for sampling and production.
- Coordinate with the designer, tailor, and production team.
- Understand different fabrics and their behaviour during garment construction.
- Maintain accuracy and quality throughout the pattern-making process.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience as a Pattern Master/Pattern Maker.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and measurements.
- Good understanding of women’s wear and Indo-western garments.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Positive attention to detail and fitting.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
