We have an immediate requirement for HR Assistant for our prestigious school.

Responsibilities and Duties

Need to support end to end hiring for Teaching, Non Teaching, and Admin staff. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, onboarding and maintaining recruitment data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. RECRUITMENT & SOURCING

· Post job openings on Hiring portals

· Source resumes for Teachers, Admin, Support staff as per requirement from HO/Management

· Initial screening of resumes and shortlisting candidates

2. INTERVIEW & SELECTION

· Schedule interviews with candidates, Management, and Academic Team

· Coordinate demo classes for teaching positions

· Conduct first round of HR interviews and collect documents

· Follow up with candidates and maintain selection status tracker

3. OFFER & ONBOARDING

· Prepare and issue offer letters,



appointment letters after approval

· Complete onboarding formalities: document collection, HRMS entry, induction

· Coordinate joining kit, ID card, and orientation with Admin

4. DATA & COMPLIANCE

· Maintain recruitment MIS and vacancy tracker

· Update HRMS with recent joinees, designation, salary details

· Ensure all teacher documents are as per Birla/HO/CBSE compliance

· Maintain candidate database for future requirements

QUALIFICATION

Education: Graduate in HR / BBA / Any degree

Experience: 2 years in Recruitment preferred.
