Freight Broker

Experience:- 3–6 +Months in US Freight Brokerage

Salary:- ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month + Performance Incentives

Shift:- US Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business through **shipper and carrier calls**.

* Find suitable carriers for available shipments.

* Negotiate freight rates and close deals.

* Build and maintain strong carrier relationships.

* Coordinate with carriers from booking to delivery.

* Follow up on shipments, check-in times and PODs.

* Handle rate confirmations and other brokerage documentation.

* Resolve delays, cancellations and basic shipment issues.

Requirements

* 3–6 months of experience in **US Freight Brokerage**.

* Positive knowledge of **FTL/LTL, lanes, equipment and US trucking**.

* Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills.

* Experience with **DAT/Truckstop** preferred.

* Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
