Position: HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day recruitment and employee engagement activities. This internship is ideal for someone who wants to gain practical exposure to recruitment, candidate sourcing, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.
- Schedule interviews and maintain interview trackers.
- Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees and interns.
- Assist with employee documentation and HR-related paperwork.




- Coordinate with employees regarding HR queries and requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Assist the HR team in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain recruitment MIS.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, or a related field.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and employees.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
