We are looking for a talented and experienced BIM Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural knowledge, excellent BIM expertise, and experience delivering coordinated projects from concept through construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models and architectural drawings.
- Prepare detailed design and construction documentation.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Ensure BIM standards, project requirements, and documentation quality are maintained.
- Review models, drawings, and technical deliverables for accuracy.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve clashes/issues.
- Support project teams throughout the design and construction stages.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
[3-5] years of relevant experience in BIM/architectural projects.
Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and other architectural/design software.
Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.
Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience working on large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, or infrastructure projects.
