Technical Data Sheet and Drawing Preparation

· Develop and contribute to the strategic planning of HVAC projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve project outcomes.

· Collaborate with clients, draftsmen, Project manager and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

· Prepare technical data sheets (TDS) based on Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

· Collaborate with draftsmen to discuss drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements.

· Seek approval from the customer on TDS and drawings.

· Utilize basic knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing drawings and suggesting any corrections if required.

· Utilize duct software and psychometric software for calculations related to humidity, heat, and other factors.

· Recommend and implement software tools and technologies to enhance design and calculation processes.

Project Operations

· Handle AHOC (Any Hour of Clearance) for buying material on the project site and arrange approvals in time.

· Plan for vehicle or material shortages on the site and arrange accordingly.

· Implement inventory management strategies to optimize material handling.

· Submit final drawings to the customer after completion of the installation for project handover.

· Collaborate with customer feedback to improve handover processes.

Manpower and Safety Management

· Manage leaves of site engineers and coordinate their attendance.

· Ensure the availability of safety materials on the site, such as belts, helmets, and cones ensuring complete safety compliance.

· Develop and execute strategies for enhancing on-site safety and employee engagement.

· Plan and send compliance reports on a monthly basis to HR for all the contractual labour being utilized in the project.

· Maintain records of PF, ESI, and attendance for deployed contractor labor.

· Streamline compliance processes and documentation for greater efficiency and accuracy.

CANDIDATE PROFILE & SKILL SET:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with Proven experience in project planning and execution within the HVAC industry.

· Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and duct software, as well as psychometric software.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to manage documentation and compliance-related tasks.

· Effective communication and coordination skills.

· Familiarity with safety regulations and materials.

· Prior experience in HVAC projects is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
