Estimation Engineer (Electrical )

· Experience: 2-5 years

· Key Responsibilities:

· Tender Management: Manage and monitor incoming tenders and customer documents. Review, prioritize, and ensure timely submission of proposals.

· Tender Preparation: Prepare techno-commercial proposals by reviewing tender requirements, BOQs, specifications, terms, and conditions.

· Pricing: Prepare, review, and finalize competitive and accurate pricing within submission timelines.

· Quality & Compliance: Review and approve techno-commercial offers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality.

· Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, Projects, and Finance teams to gather technical, commercial, pricing, and compliance inputs.

· Customer Follow-up: Follow up with customers regarding quotation clarifications, tender updates, and order status.

· Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in tendering processes, tools,



and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

· Reporting: Maintain tender databases and prepare reports on enquiry status, offer submissions, order bookings, win ratios, and other key performance indicators for management review.

Skills & Competencies

· Proficiency in MS Excel

· Solid technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

· Ability to read and interpret BOQs, specifications, and tender documents

· Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

· Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills
