We are looking for a confident and responsible SPA Receptionist & Back Office Executive to join our team.

Candidate Requirements

- Good knowledge of Hindi and English communication
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to operate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of sales calling for B2B and B2C lead generation
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, WhatsApp Web, bulk SMS platforms, and other web portals
- Data sheet management and basic data entry skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn

Role Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls




- Generate and follow up on business leads
- Manage customer and business data
- Maintain Excel data sheets and records
- Handle WhatsApp and other online communication
- Coordinate with clients and internal team members
- Support daily back-office operations
