We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage day-to-day showroom operations, lead the sales team, achieve business targets, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth showroom functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain company service standards.
- Monitor stock, visual merchandising, cleanliness, grooming, and store presentation.
- Prepare and share daily sales and operational reports.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, punctuality, and performance.
- Support staff training, performance improvement, and team development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in retail/store management.
- Minimum qualification is plus two
- Valuable leadership and team-handling skills.
- Strong communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Excellent computer skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
