Job Summary

Shiva Home & Garden Care is looking for a responsible, target-oriented, and proactive Sales Representative / Sales Coordinator to support and coordinate our sales operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead follow-up, customer communication, sales coordination, reporting, and team support. This role requires excellent communication, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

The candidate will play an important role in maintaining sales discipline, improving lead conversion, and supporting the team in achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Lead Management

- Follow up with new and existing leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about company services.
- Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers until closure.
- Track lead status, pending follow-ups, and conversions.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

2. Customer Handling

- Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate customer meetings, site visits, and follow-up activities.
- Assist in preparing quotations and proposals.
- Ensure proper communication with customers throughout the sales process.

3. Sales Team Coordination

- Allocate leads, tasks, and follow-up activities to sales team members.




- Take daily work updates from team members.
- Monitor sales activities, productivity, and pending follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain accountability and discipline within the sales process.

4. Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead databases.
- Update lead conversion and follow-up records regularly.
- Share sales performance updates with management.
- Maintain proper documentation of quotations, customer details, and sales activities.

5. Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Design, and Operations teams.
- Ensure smooth communication regarding customer requirements and site visits.
- Support management in implementing sales processes and improving follow-up systems.
- Identify challenges in the sales process and suggest practical solutions.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Solid customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and basic reporting.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.




- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to coordinate and work effectively with a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification & Experience

- Any Graduate.
- Preferred: BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or a related role.
- Experience in team coordination, lead management, or sales reporting will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
