BRIX Windows & Doors is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead sales development and expand our market presence in Thiruvananthapuram and nearby regions.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and homeowners.
Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and product presentations.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and project closures.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in uPVC Windows & Doors sales OR
Minimum 4 years sales experience in the construction/building materials industry.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
Qualification:
Any Degree / Diploma
Age: 20 – 35 Years
