We are looking for experienced Retail Sales Executives to join a jewellery retail team. The ideal candidate should have strong customer handling skills, sales experience, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, and other relevant details
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships
- Handle customer queries and provide professional assistance
- Conduct customer follow-ups and support repeat business
- Maintain a premium and professional customer experience
- Support day-to-day showroom sales activities

Requirements:





- Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales experience
- Jewellery or luxury retail experience is preferred
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of jewellery products and customer preferences will be an advantage
- Professional approach to customer service

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
