Operations Management Oversee daily operation of treatment processes (intake, clarification, filtration, sludge handling) ensuring consistent output quality Monitor plant performance against regulatory discharge/consumption standards Manage process control for systems like RO, UF, MBR, ETP/STP, activated sludge, etc. Coordinate shift schedules and ensure 24/7 plant coverage where required Compliance & Regulatory Ensure adherence to environmental regulations (CPCB/SPCB norms in India, or EPA/local equivalents elsewhere) Maintain statutory permits, consents to operate, and renewal filings Prepare and submit compliance reports to pollution control boards Manage audits and inspections from regulatory bodies Quality Control & Lab Oversight Supervise lab testing (BOD, COD, TSS, pH, TDS, coliform counts, etc.) Ensure calibration and maintenance of monitoring instruments (online analyzers, SCADA sensors)
Investigate and correct quality deviations Maintenance & Asset Management Plan preventive/predictive maintenance for pumps, blowers, membranes, dosing systems Manage membrane cleaning schedules (CIP) and replacement cycles Oversee spare parts inventory and vendor/AMC contracts Troubleshoot equipment failures and process upsets Team Leadership Manage plant operators, technicians, lab staff, and maintenance crew Conduct training on SOPs, safety protocols, and emergency response Handle performance reviews, staffing, and shift rosters
Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily/monthly operation logs, MIS reports, and management dashboards Report plant KPIs (uptime, recovery %, energy consumption, chemical consumption) to senior management Document non-conformances and corrective actions
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
