Varun Beverages Ltd. seeks an Associate for its Production department. The successful candidate will operate and monitor filling machines, ensuring accurate filling and product quality. They will also perform routine maintenance and coordinate with various teams.
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Production team as an Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our beverage production process, ensuring the smooth operation of filling machines and maintaining product quality. Your responsibilities will involve monitoring and operating filling machines, setting up and adjusting them for different products and pack sizes, and ensuring accurate filling volumes and weights. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining machine performance, conducting routine cleaning and maintenance, and following all safety and hygiene protocols.

- Operate and monitor filling machines according to production requirements.
- Set up and adjust filler machines for various products and pack sizes.
- Ensure accurate filling volume/weight and maintain product quality.
- Monitor machine performance and identify any abnormalities or breakdowns.
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication,



and basic preventive maintenance.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety guidelines.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and maintain accurate production records.
- Minimize product wastage, downtime, and machine stoppages.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams for efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a protected and hygienic environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of filling machine operations and maintenance.
- Basic understanding of quality control and product specifications.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Positive communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.
