ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Officer to join our Purchase team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Procurement ,Inventory Management, reporting, and compliance, playing a key role in maintaining the Optimum Stock Position and integrity of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee and manage the full accounts payable and receivable cycle
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage and monitor credit control processes including setting credit limits, following up on outstanding receivables, and minimizing bad debt exposure
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform periodic stock reconciliations,



and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Any.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in Procurement Process.
- Expreience in accounting software .
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines
