Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative ( Blended process - Voice & Non Voice)supporting a prestigious US Law Firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter current client details into the database.

- Communicate professionally via email and phone with insurance companies to confirm legal representation.

- Set up claims by coordinating with insurance providers.

- Organize and file client documents systematically.

- Perform the back-office tasks

- Request and follow up on medical records from healthcare providers and insurers.

- Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on additional responsibilities as required.

- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory).

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

- Proactive and professional approach in handling client and insurer interactions.

- Ability to work onsite at night shifts comfortably (US business hours).

- Salary : Rs.20k to Rs.25k CTC
- Joining Bonus
