Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2+ years of relevant experience after completion of Articleship to manage and oversee taxation, accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and financial analysis activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Income Tax, GST, ITR filing, financial reporting, MIS, audit, compliance, and financial analysis. The candidate should be capable of working independently and coordinating with management, auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare, review, and manage Income Tax Returns (ITR) and related tax compliances.

· Manage GST compliance, including GST returns, reconciliation, registration, and related matters.

· Ensure timely completion of statutory, tax, and regulatory compliances.

· Review accounting records, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial transactions.





· Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, management reports, and financial dashboards.

· Conduct financial analysis, including profitability, variance, cost, revenue, and cash-flow analysis.

· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and preparation of financial projections.

· Monitor financial performance and provide insights to management.

· Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.

· Assist with statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and financial reviews.

· Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

· Assist in tax planning, cost control, working capital management, and cash-flow management.

· Monitor changes in applicable Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.

· Maintain proper documentation and records for accounting and compliance purposes.

· Strengthen internal controls and improve finance and compliance processes.

· Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

· Perform other finance, accounting, taxation, and compliance duties as required.

Required Qualifications

· Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience after completion of Article ship.

· Solid practical knowledge of Income Tax and GST.

· Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

· Experience in statutory compliance and audit coordination.

· Strong knowledge of financial reporting and financial analysis.





· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a qualified CA with 2+ years of post-Article ship experience who can independently manage ITR, GST, taxation, statutory compliance, accounting, financial reporting, MIS, and financial analysis.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, analytical, and commercially aware, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and external professionals.
