About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have experience designing websites and mobile applications, creating user-friendly interfaces, and translating business requirements into clear and intuitive user experiences.

The candidate should be comfortable working primarily with Figma and have a good understanding of wireframing, user flows, business logic, prototyping, and responsive design.

Key Responsibilities

Design contemporary, clean, responsive, and user-friendly websites and mobile applications. Convert business requirements and product ideas into effective UI/UX solutions.

Create wireframes and user flows to clearly explain the functionality and business logic of a feature.

Develop high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using Figma. Understand user journeys and design experiences that are simple and intuitive.

Work closely with developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.

Create responsive designs for different screen sizes and devices.

Maintain consistency in design elements, typography, colors, spacing, components, and overall visual language.

Modify and improve designs based on feedback from stakeholders and development teams.

Prepare design specifications and assets required by developers.





Participate in discussions regarding product features, user experience, and business requirements.

Conduct basic competitor and design research when required.

Maintain organized and reusable Figma files, components, and design systems.

Required Skills 1+ year of professional UI/UX design experience.

Strong proficiency in Figma – this will be the primary design tool. Working knowledge of Adobe XD is an advantage.

Good understanding of: UI/UX principles Wireframing User flows Prototyping Responsive design Mobile app design Website design Design systems and reusable components Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into user flows and UI designs. Good understanding of how web and mobile applications work from a user's perspective. Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.

Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Portfolio & Previous Experience Candidates must have professional work experience with a company, startup, agency, or software/product team.

The candidate should be able to provide proof of previous professional work, such as: Portfolio/website Figma projects Screenshots or case studies Previously designed websites or mobile applications Links to live projects, where permitted Company/project experience that can be verified Candidates without professional design experience or without any demonstrable previous work may not be considered.
