Veeva Vault CTMS – BA / Techno-Functional Experience: 10+ yearsKey Responsibilities:

- Work as a Business Analyst / Techno-Functional consultant for Veeva Vault CTMS.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with clinical operations and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into Veeva CTMS solutions and configurations.
- Provide functional expertise across CTMS modules and clinical trial processes.
- Support configuration, testing, validation, UAT, and production deployment.
- Create BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios.
- Coordinate with technical and configuration teams for solution implementation.
- Analyze production issues and provide functional/technical solutions.
- Support Veeva releases,



enhancements, and system upgrades.

Required Skills:

- Solid Veeva Vault CTMS experience
- Business Analysis / Techno-Functional experience
- Clinical trial processes
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Vault configuration knowledge
- UAT and validation
- Veeva Vault release management
- Strong communication and documentation skills
