IT Services Desk Operations :

The Vendor shall provide Level 1 IT support including, but not limited to: -

Provide daily IT support to end users, ensuring the smooth operation of laptops, mobile devices, printers, meeting room systems, and other IT equipment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, application, network, and access-related issues in a timely manner.

- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of support requests within defined service level agreements (SLAs)

. - Support user onboarding and offboarding activities, including laptop preparation and reformatting, account provisioning and deprovisioning, software assignments, device deployment, and ensuring all returned IT assets are properly accounted for, inspected, and in good working condition.

- Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure with Office Building’s IT, IT security and antivirus tools. antivirus tools.

- Perform and maintain IT asset management, inventory records and manage the lifecycle of devices

- Coordinate with internal teams, building management, vendors, and service providers to resolve infrastructure and connectivity issues.

- Assignments of software and devices to users.

- Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge base articles, and support records.





Technical Requirements Personnel assigned to this engagement should possess:

- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS). - Hands-on experience in Windows server administration.

- Understanding of TCP/IP, IP address, and LAN Technology. Competent at documenting standard/applications operating procedures.

- The initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment.

- Has a passion for technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
