Key Responsibilities

- Assemble and edit raw footage into compelling, high-quality videos for various platforms including social media, websites, and digital ad campaigns.
- Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, titles, and animations to enhance storytelling and visual appeal.
- Perform basic color grading and audio mixing to ensure a professional final product.
- Collaborate with the creative team from pre-production to post-production
- Organize and manage all video assets, project files, and final deliverables in a structured and productive manner.
- Interpret feedback from internal teams and clients and make revisions in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques, industry trends, and social media platform specifications to keep our content fresh and effective.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines for both our agency and our clients.
- Export and deliver video files in various formats and codecs based on project requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

- 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in a marketing agency or corporate environment.
- A strong and diverse portfolio or showreel that demonstrates expertise in storytelling, pacing,



and visual style across different types of projects (please provide a link with your application).
- Expert proficiency in either Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve.
- Proficiency with supporting Adobe apps like Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and best practices for web and social media delivery.
- Strong knowledge of color correction/grading and audio mixing techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred (Bonus Points):

- Experience with camera operation, lighting, and on-set production.
- Advanced skills in motion graphics and 3D animation.
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve for advanced color grading.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and how video fits into broader campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
