Job Description

Digital Buddies is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Content Creator with 2+ years of experience to join our team in Pune.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete content creation process — from planning and shooting to editing and delivering engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute creative video shoots for social media and digital campaigns.
- Handle camera shoots, photography, and basic cinematography.
- Edit engaging Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Create creative and visually appealing content based on client requirements.
- Work with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animations.
- Use CapCut and other relevant editing tools for fast-paced social media content.
- Add transitions, effects, sound design, color correction, text animations, and motion graphics.
- Understand current social media trends and create content accordingly.
- Collaborate with the social media, creative, and marketing team.
- Take ownership of projects from concept → shoot → edit → final delivery.




- Maintain quality and meet content deadlines.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing/content creation.
- Solid knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Good knowledge of CapCut and video editing tools.
- Hands-on experience with camera shooting and photography.
- Understanding of cinematography, lighting, framing, and composition.
- Strong creative sense and ability to develop new content ideas.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, social media trends, and short-form content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Candidate:
Someone who is not just an editor, but can think creatively, shoot content, understand the brand, and take a video from concept to final output.
