Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Intern to support our brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, content creation, branding, and digital storytelling, with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Assist in planning and executing content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging captions, stories, reels, and posts aligned with the HOM brand voice.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries when required.

2. Content Creation

- Assist in developing creative content including graphics, videos, reels, and promotional material.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for content requirements.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity and brand communication.

3. Digital Marketing

- Support the execution of social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.




- Assist in influencer outreach and partnership collaborations.
- Help optimize content for reach, engagement, and audience growth.

4. Analytics & Reporting

- Track social media performance and campaign metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing social media pages.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Interest in luxury brands, events, hospitality, lifestyle, or experiential marketing.
