Dev Associates is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team in Coimbatore.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer enquiries, following up with prospects, explaining property/project details, coordinating site visits, and supporting the overall sales process.

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in the real estate industry, are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with potential customers.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and property preferences.
- Explain project details, pricing, location and property features.
- Coordinate property and site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.




- Convert qualified leads into site visits and sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and sales team.
- Travel locally for property/site visits when required.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
- Real estate/property sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with on-site work and local travel.
- Positive communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Office is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
