Require a marketing telecaller to make outbound phone calls to introduce and promote our Fishnet products, turn potential leads into active sales or scheduled appointments.

The candidate shold act as the voice of a business by answering client questions, sharing promotional offers, and keeping customer records updated.

The candidate should be fluent to speak in Tamil, Hindi, English languages..,

Key Job Duties

· Outbound Calling: Reach out to new sales leads or previous customers using provided contact lists.

· Lead Qualification: Assess if a prospect needs the company's product.

· Pitch Delivery: Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly to interested buyers.

· Objection Handling: Answer customer concerns or doubts politely to secure an agreement.





· Data Recording: Log call results, feedback, and follow-up dates accurately in computer systems.

Essential Skills Needed

· Communication: Transparent speaking voice and active listening skills.

· Persuasion: Ability to interest people and build quick rapport over the phone.

· Patience: Calm attitude when handling rejections or frustrated callers.

· Basic Tech Use: Comfort with phones, typing basic notes
