Key Responsibilities:

Perform assigned technical and production-related activities.

Assist senior technicians and production team members.

Follow standard operating procedures and workplace instructions.

Operate and handle tools/equipment safely as per training.

Support maintenance, assembly, fabrication, electrical or mechanical activities according to the assigned trade.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workplace.

Follow company rules, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Complete assigned work within the required timelines.

Learn new technical processes and continuously improve job-related skills.

Compensation & Advantages:

CTC: ₹23,000 per month

Approx. Net In-Hand: ₹19,500 per month

Duty Hours: 8 hours per day

Food: Free

Transportation: Free

Candidate Requirements:

ITI qualification in any relevant trade.

Basic technical knowledge related to the respective trade.

Willingness to learn and work in an industrial environment.

Good discipline and attendance.





Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.

Hardworking, responsible, and team-oriented attitude.
