Key Requirements * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and event management abilities * Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools * Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented * Comfortable interacting with entrepreneurs and business leaders * Flexible for occasional evening and weekend events Key Responsibilities * Manage chapter operations and member communications * Coordinate board meetings and chapter events * Liaise with members, speakers, vendors, and EO Global * Support membership growth, onboarding, and retention * Ensure a seamless and world-class member experience Location: Siliguri | Position: Full-Time | Experience: 3+ years preferred
