We're a growing sportswear brand shipping custom cricket kits to teams in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Nigeria — and we need someone to own our marketing engine.

This isn't a role where you run one ad set and wait for approvals. You'll handle campaigns end-to-end, see the revenue you generate, and grow as fast as the company does. If you've been stuck doing one small piece of marketing at a big agency, this is where you get the whole picture.

What you'll do

- Plan and run Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook + Instagram) — creating, testing, scaling
- Drive performance marketing with real accountability for ROAS and CPL
- Manage influencer collaborations with cricketers and sports creators
- Run WhatsApp campaigns via the official API — broadcasts, flows, follow-ups
- Build and send email campaigns to our customer and team-manager lists
- Use AI tools to move faster on creatives, copy and reporting

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience




- Working professional knowledge of the above tools — you don't need to be an expert in every one, but you should be able to run them confidently without hand-holding
- Someone who tracks numbers, tests ideas, and doesn't need to be chased for updates
- Interest in sports or cricket is a big plus — you'll be marketing to players and clubs
