HEC Enviro (India) Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in Environmental and sustainable infrastructure solutions, with projects across India in areas including waste management, water & sanitation, septage management, and urban infrastructure.

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Researcher / Executive to support environmental research, data analysis, technical documentation, project studies, and sustainability initiatives. The role will involve both research and coordination activities and may require interaction with project teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct research on environmental, sustainability, waste management, water, and sanitation-related topics.

· Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret environmental and project-related data.

· Prepare research reports, technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.

· Support environmental studies, surveys, field assessments, and data collection activities.

· Research and track relevant environmental regulations, policies, standards, and government guidelines.

· Assist in preparing project proposals, concept notes, technical submissions, and tender-related documents.

· Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders as required.

· Participate in site visits and document observations, findings, and project requirements.

· Prepare and maintain project databases, MIS reports, and research records.





· Support sustainability and environmental improvement initiatives.

· Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management and clients.

· Perform other research and project-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications

· Master’s degree in Environmental Science or a relevant environmental discipline.

Experience

· 0–3 years of relevant experience in environmental research, consulting, sustainability, infrastructure, or related fields.

· Freshers with relevant academic knowledge and a solid interest in environmental research may also be considered.

Required Skills

· Strong research and analytical skills.

· Good report-writing and documentation skills.

· Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to collect, analyze, and present information effectively.

· Basic understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.

· Good attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

· Willingness to travel for project/site visits when required.

Preferred Exposure

Candidates with academic or professional exposure to waste management, water & wastewater, solid waste management, septage management, environmental monitoring, or urban infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
